Ans.An A-Grade Electrician with 14 years experience having worked since 2017 in Project Supervision / Project Management roles.

2.  What size projects have you worked on? (dollar value & number managed)

Ans.Team sizes he has managed: 2 – 25. 25 was for a larger project – had various project coordinators also involved as part of that team of 25 $ value of projects he has managed: $4.5 million largest

3.  Have you had any PM qualifications?

Ans. Said off his own bat he is doing a diploma in PM which he’s paying for, which will be completed by end of the year – from Swinburne University of Technology. So this role with a large company interests him.

4.  How have you managed scope creep?

Ans.Variations are variations. Present it as benefiting to the the client & that often helps – case where the customer not happy with the UPS installed – JamesS conveyed new process as an improvement – customer paid an additional $250k
