We are also accredited EcoXperts with Schneider-Electrical/Clipsal for Solar & Connected Power, as well as being experienced and Professional Grid Connected Solar PV Deign and Installation professionals, with Storage Installations with Endorsements and a variety of successful Installation testimonies in construction projects and brownfield sites.

Alchimie Electrical are also accredited “Master Installers” with the Smart Energy Council” – previously (The Australian Solar Council), are seeking an experienced CEC Accredited, Grade A Electrician based in Bayside and South Eastern Suburbs areas to participate and lead Solar PV and other installations in residential and some small scale commercial solar installations throughout the Melbourne’s Metropolitan areas.

In addition to Grid Connected Solar PV Installations with Energy Storage of All sizes we also offer other interesting, diverse and rewarding energy efficiency related projects with Energy Monitoring Installations, Emergency and Preventative Maintenance for Residential, Commercial and Industrial clients providing a good and interested diverse and rewarding project & service work.

So you won't be stuck on Solar Projects 5 days a week, as there's great variety of interesting and rewarding work available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding quality installations of both residential and commercial solar power systems on a regular basis
• Manage, train and mentor apprentices and other electricians,
• Deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders including end user customers, team members, agents and other contacts at all times
• Utilize company technology and resources in job management systems and other processes and quality and safety systems
• Manage on site operations including health and safety, employees and customers
• Support logistics to deliver goods for installation from the warehouse to job sites
• Provide All types of Residential, Commercial & Industrial Electrical Installations and maintenance including New Homes,
• Design, Installation and Maintenance of Grid Connected Solar PV Generation Systems with Energy Storage for Residential & Commercial installations,
• Support Installations of Wall Mounted, Cassette and Ducted Split Systems Air-Conditioners,
• Emergency Breakdown and service work,
• Electrical Installation Assessments & Reporting,
• CT Metering Installations,

To be considered for this job you’ll required the following:

• Practical experience with installation & commissioning Solar PV Generation Systems
• CEC Accredited,
• Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence;
• Motor Vehicle Licence
• White Card, Working at Heights, EWP High level of personal drive
• Excellent presentation and communication skills that will enhance your work and reputation with every interaction,
• A Self Motivated individual that has the ability to work independently and autonomously
• Good Residential electrical experience,
• A strong technical background and passion for the the industry,
• Willingness to Learn
• Pride in Quality workmanship and reliability.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and standards
• Current driver's license,
• Own Hand Tools & Test Instruments
• Strong English communication, written and verbal
