Eko Connect is a fast-growing renewable energy company based in Moorabbin focusing on the design and installation of commercial solar photovoltaic (Solar PV) systems. We also provide electrical services for commercial office fitouts and small residential renovations. We pride ourselves on the ability to deliver projects from the site inspection, through to design and construction of the project and finally the connection and commissioning.

Position Requirements

  • A grade electrician licence
  • Solar accreditation essential (or studying for*)
  • Residential and commercial electrical experience
  • Tasks and duties in this role are mainly electrical based
  • Building solar system supports and racking
  • Wiring solar isolators and rooftop solar systems
  • Electrical wiring within domestic switchboards
  • Must have all essential electrical tools
  • Prewiring and Fit off of Offices
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S systems and practices
  • Testing and fault diagnosing
  • Manage and assist training of apprentices
  • Reading and adapting electrical plans
  • Working at Heights ticket
  • White card
  • Immediate start (negotiable)

Your Role:

As the A Grade Electrician you will be liaising directly with the Operations Manager on a daily basis, attending to various sites performing solar installations, office fitouts or general electrical work. You will be responsible for the team onsite enforcing appropriate OH&S protocols, managing the required tasks, quality of work and completing the tasks within budgets and timelines.  Professional communication between site and office and also with clients.  

Successful applicant will be provided with a company vehicle, phone allowance and uniform. Salary Negotiable based on experience.
